Our Wedding

In 2016 Audrey moved home from Chicago and began practicing yoga and teaching at a studio called Yoga Shelter. Kirk was a student there. As Kirk would say, Audrey took advantage of the student-teacher relationship.  What started as a crush (yes, Audrey had called dibs on Kirk to the entire YS staff) soon blossomed into a beautiful friendship. They loved to chat and often spent an hour talking about history and music and philosophy of life. Through small, kind gestures - silly gifts, coffee deliveries during work shifts, walking her to her car after class together - Kirk won Audrey’s heart. And after seeing him sing karaoke, Audrey knew she’d love him forever - he absolutely rocked.
