It was a warm day in late May. Johnny A. Goodlad strolled nonchalantly into the Cougareat, his new place of work. Unbeknownst to him, immediately as he entered, heads were turned. Or rather one head was turned. But it was a very important head. The head belonged to an ARM, meaning Audrey Renee Morris, who also had two arms coincidentally. Johnny began washing dishes as the sly Audrey found a spot right next to him. Johnny, unaware of her devious plans, noticed the pretty girl next to him and decided to strike up a conversation. "Hi. You are good at washing dishes." Johnny said nervously. Flattered by his immense flirting capabilities, Audrey had fallen in love. She began to flirt back, asking about his family, his life, his dreams. Surely, he would pick up the signals she was sending him, surely he wouldn't be that dense. Johnny continued to wash, completely unaware of the intentions of the pretty girl with the red hair. 	After he went home, Johnny spoke with his roommate about this beautiful girl he had met at work. He went on and on about how he needs to ask her out but he doesn't know if she likes him back. Meanwhile, Audrey was calling old friends, raving about the new guy in the dishroom. 	The next day, when Audrey saw Johnny she wondered if he would say hi to her, he walked up to her and said "Hi Aubrey, you look really nice today." That was it. Everything was ruined. He obviously hates her. He had completely forgotten her name. Johnny, entirely unaware of the pain he had just caused, carried on with his day. But this time, he noticed that the pretty girl with red hair was distant. He decided to ask her about the kind of music she listens to. Audrey's ears perked up, perhaps not all was lost. But first, she needed to set this little lad straight. In response to his question, she took a hose and sprayed the boy in his face and shouted "MY NAME IS AUDREY!" Johnny, unfazed by the pretty girls absolutely reasonable reaction, smiled and nodded. Then they had a nice conversation about the kind of music AuDrey listens to. 	Over the next week, Audrey set her plan in motion: she would come into work every night, even when she wasn't scheduled, so she could flirt with Johnny, who was not about to complain about seeing Audrey every night. During the day shifts, Johnny would keep an eye out in the kitchen hoping to catch a glimpse of her gorgeous strawberry blonde hair, and, if he was lucky, to share a short conversation with the girl. 	Eventually, Johnny put his foot down. "Today is the day!" he told his reflection. "No excuses!" During work, Audrey noticed a slight nervousness about Johnny, and after their shifts were over, she stayed a little longer in hopes of talking to him more, but he was no where to be found. Johnny, had left the dishroom, and was waiting outside to catch Audrey as she leaves, but she wasn't coming. Fearing he had already missed her, Johnny began to leave, but something pulled him back. Johnny rushed back inside just in time to intercept the beautiful girl with the gorgeous hair. He fell on one knee and... wait no no no, I'm getting ahead of myself. He stood there awkwardly and asked if she would like to go on a date with him. "Finally" Audrey thought to herself. "Sure!" she said. Filled with excitement, both individuals ran outside and cheered. Then saw the other cheering and immediately became so embarrassed they ran home as fast as they could.
