Cattedrale di Conversano

It is the main Catholic place of worship in Conversano, constructed in Romanesque style. The cathedral was built on the remains of an ancient paleochristian temple between the end of the 11th and the first years of the 12th century.

Castello Marchione

Located about 6 kilometres from Conversano, in the eighteenth century it was used as a hunting lodge and summer residence of the Acquaviva d'Aragona, counts of Conversano.

The structure has a rectangular plan, with four cylindrical towers at the corners and is composed of a ground floor, a raised floor and an upper floor.

Situé à environ 6 kilomètres de Conversano, au XVIIIe siècle, il a été utilisé comme un pavillon de chasse et résidence d’été de l’Acquaviva d’Aragona, comtes de Conversano.

La structure a un plan rectangulaire, avec quatre tours cylindriques aux angles et se compose d’un rez-de-chaussée, d’un plancher surélevé et d’un étage supérieur.
