While we don’t have a room block, we do have some suggestions on where to stay! Fallbrook doesn’t have any hotels but there are several Air BnBs. Temecula is a great nearby option with many hotel and resort style options, as well as Air BnBs. Escondido is also a nearby choice, I would recommend the Welk!
