Our ceremony will begin promptly at 7pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to 7pm to ensure you have a seat prior to the start of the ceremony. If you do not arrive prior to 7pm, you will be asked to wait until after the ceremony to enter the venue.
Where do I RSVP? Online or send my invitation back?
Please enter your RSVP on our website by October 20th. At this time we have to start finalizing numbers with our vendors. If you do not RSVP by October 20th, you will be marked as not attending.
Will there be a hotel block?
We have a block at Hilton Garden Inn Winter Park! It is a 7 minute drive to our venue. The hotel block link can be found under the travel tab. Please book your hotel by 11/30 in order to receive the block rate. If there are no rooms available with the link please reach out to Aurora or Andrew so we can coordinate with the hotel.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited space at our venue we are unable to offer a plus one to every guest. If you do have a plus one, you will see your plus one when submitting your RSVP.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
We do ask that you dress in cocktail/semi-formal attire-- tie optional! Please avoid white (including off-white and cream colors), light grey, and light blues.
Where do we park?
There is a grass parking lot to the side of our venue that is included in our event. There will be signs that will lead you there. From the parking lot it is a short walk to our ceremony site!
Will your wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Our wedding will take place in an outdoor venue. There will be an indoor area as well as indoor bathrooms. The Ceremony and Reception will take place outdoors.
Will there be an open bar?
We are pleased to say yes! Our open bar will offer a range of beers, wine, seltzers, spirits, and some bubbly options (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). We will also have plenty of non-alcoholic beverage choices available.
Can I take photos during your ceremony?
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during our ceremony. We will have plenty of photo opportunities during our cocktail hour and our reception.
