Please arrive at 3:00-3:30pm. Ceremony starts at 4:00pm

Cocktail/ country western attire. For women, dresses, or jumpers, you could also wear cowgirl boots and a cowgirl hat if you’d like, please do not wear jeans, and white or cream. For men, dress pants, or khakis, button ups or a nice dress shirt, you as wells can wear cowboy boots and a cowboy hat if you’d like. We encourage everyone to dress up and go all out on their outfits! Please do not wear white or cream, jeans, tennis shoes, Birkenstock’s, or crocks during the ceremony, you can change during the reception if you’d like. For the entirety of the wedding, please do not wear white or cream

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, please plan accordingly.

Because the wedding will be in the peak of summer, expect the weather to be hot with less humidity as Florida. As we can’t predict the weather, please bring an umbrella if you’d like. The wedding will go on rain or shine.

Ceremony begins at 4:00 pm sharp There will be a slight break after the ceremony for pictures, drinks and snacks before the bride and groom get ready for the reception Reception will begin at 5:30/6:00 pm Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm Toasts and speeches will start at 6:30 pm And the dancing/ reception will start at 7:00/ 7:30 pm The after party will begin at 9:00 pm and last till 11:00 pm or 12:00 am Please make plans for your children, as we don’t want to watch everyone’s children and alcohol will be served

You will need to drive to the venue, carpool if you’d like. We will not be providing transportation. It is on a dirt road so keep that in mind.

YES! We love kids and will be bringing ours. Keep in mind there will be alcohol so keep a watchful eye on them.

We will be having a BBQ with sides, water and soda will be provided. If you’d like alcohol, it is BYOB.

In your RSVP, please specify your allergies/ dietary restrictions.

Will will not have an open bar due to budget, but we encourage you to bring your own alcohol and mixers, as we are bringing alcohol for ourselves.

We are not providing hotel room blocks for our guests, you can go to the page on our wedding website labeled travel to see hotels around the area that we recommend. These fill up rather fast so please plan accordingly.

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras. We will have 2-3 photographers during the ceremony.

If you go on our wedding website, you’ll be able to rsvp there. This gives us a count on who’s able to attend without having to look through our messages.

Please RSVP by May 30th the absolute latest!

As most of the guests are traveling we have a page on our wedding website with places you can go to, we will be updating this page to keep everything up to date.

We will not have a registry, as we really don’t need or want anything. We will have a honeymoon fund and a first home fund.
