~So we have gone paperless for wedding invitations. We sent out our save the dates that have a QR Code on them that you scan and it will take you to this website. Go to the RSVP Tab and it will have you type in your name and will give you all of the RSVP Options.~

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
For those who are going to be staying nearby in the Hotel we have blocked. You can park in the spacious parking lot on-site on the side of the Reception Barn. From Toledo, OH Area I-24 is best route to get to the venue. From Fort Wayne, IN I-469 to I-24 is the best way to get to the Venue it is right off of the Expressway in Napoleon, Ohio.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes, there is parking on the side of the Reception Barn for all vehicle types.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our Ceremony will be Outdoors at the Venue's Pavilion Dock. The Reception is a combination between the A.C Controlled Barn Indoors for dancing and eating, as well as Outdoor exploration of the extensive Gardens, Fire Pit Swings, Lavender Field, and Waterfall Bridge. In event of Weather everything will be arranged Indoors.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Dressy Casual: "We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Ohio, may we suggest the following attire:
Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats, comfy sandals, or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Maybe A cardigan or sweater in case of cold weather.
Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional. A warmer jacket in case of cold weather."
Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?
"We are having a Naturalist, Star Trekkie, Nerd wedding. Our Color Scheme is Dark Blue, Dark Red, Dark Purple, and Silver. As per tradition we don't want anyone in White. However other then that we want you to be comfortable and wearing whatever style of dress shows your Nerdy, Natural, and Out of This World Selves! <3"
What is the weather like in the area?
An April in Ohio, can be anywhere from sunny and mild to rainy and cold. We cannot forecast into the future all the way to next April. However, April in 2024 was seasonably nice around our wedding date. If a bit chilled After Dark.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
For all of our Guests that we have invited we will discuss for those who are single whether they would like a plus one. Our married friends, and families will include their spouses in the invitation together.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
For our Friends and Family. It is up to your discretion. We have spoken with many and some have said they are bringing their kiddos and some are not. We love all of the kiddos and will have things set up for them to be entertained and having fun<3
What type of food will be served at your wedding?
We at this time will be having snack items on the tables and for the main dinner a taco bar provided by D and J Catering
Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
As we receive allergies, we will adjust what options will be available to those who need accommodation.
Will there be an open bar?
We have settled on a Bartending company called On The Rocks run by a great guy named Tim. We will have canned beer, seltzers, and two signature His/Hers Cocktails! (His- Long Island Iced Tea/ Hers- Margarita) and plan to have staples as well as a few different options for wine.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you are bringing a gift that you have purchased outside our registry you may bring it to the wedding, cards as well. There will be a table to receive both. If you are purchasing from our Registry on this Website it will be mailed directly to our house.
What is the wedding day itinerary?
Arrival between 2 and 3pm. Ceremony 3pm to 330pm. Photos from 330pm to 430pm. Cocktail hour from 4pm to 5pm. 5pm to 10pm Reception. Cleanup 10pm to 1130pm.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
2:00pm to 2:30pm, Ceremony starts at 3pm.
What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
The Wedding Reception will end Promptly at 10pm to begin tear down of the venue and shuffling of guests to respective rides home. As for an After Party yet to be determined by Us or the Bridal Party.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Wedding Ceremony Begins at 3pm. The Handfasting Ceremony and readings should take no more then 30 minutes or so where guests will be directed into the Reception Barn. After that a Brief period to take photos of the Bride, Groom, and respective formal Family shots requested by the Bride and Groom the reception will begin.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Yes!!! This is encouraged. We have hired a company called Confetti who will take all of your Candid shots and put them on a live feed during our wedding that we hope to project onto a wall during the reception. Afterwards they will make us a photo album of all of your lovely photographs.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
We don't have any issue with anyone celebrating our Nuptials! We are Celebrating! Shout it to the world if you want:)

Will you be live streaming your wedding?
We will be doing a Facebook Live Feed of the Ceremony Only for those of our Family and Friends for various reasons could not make it out.
What health and safety measures will be in place?
If you have any health concerns or immune problems we have no qualms with you wearing a mask to protect yourself. We will not be wearing masks or mandating it's requirement to our Guests. Hand sanitizer and constant access to bathrooms is available otherwise. We want you to feel comfortable.
Where will wedding updates be posted?
They will be posted directly to the website or by either the Bride or Groom directly to you via your method of contact preferred.
I have more questions about your wedding, who can I contact?
Until the wedding the Bride or Groom will be happy to answer any and all questions. The day of the wedding someone will be appointed as a point of contact within the Bridal Party, and Bride's Family to be a liaison of the Bride and Grooms wishes to the Guests and the Day of Coordinator.
