We have a designated room block at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Livermore. Thursday, May 8th through Sunday, May 11th rooms range from $119 to $125.

Guests can call the hotel at 925-606-6060; please refer to the Frei-Allen-Armstrong Wedding Group when making reservations. Reservations should be made before April 8th.

The booking link is prepopulated with an arrival date of Friday, May 9th, and a departure date of Sunday, May 11th, 2025. Guests can change the arrival/departure dates as needed once on the site.

We've had a few people let us know the hotel website/link is being weird and telling them there are no rooms available for the dates, but only when the link/our code was used. If you call the hotel and give the wedding group name (above) you can book the deal without a problem!
