Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?
Yes, but please don't get in the wedding photographers' way or use flash, keep your phone on silent, and be mindful of those around you.
Where do I need to park for the wedding ceremony?
Our wedding ceremony will be held at the Martha Mary Chapel. Beside the chapel is ample parking for wedding guests. If necessary, there is additional parking across the street from the Wayside Inn.
Where should I park for the wedding reception?
The reception will be held at a house at the end of a street where you may park along. There will be plenty of parking on the road around where the reception will be held. Please make sure not to block any ones driveways!
Do I have to pay for food and drinks?
No, it is an open bar and buffet! There will be options to tip the amazing hand-picked bartenders that are good friends of ours.
Will you have any allergy friendly options for food?
Yes. We will have some gluten free selections, vegetarian, vegan, and nut free options. Please let us know if you have any allergies!
Do you have any recommendations on hotel accommodations?
We recommend the Holiday Inn on 121 Coolidge St in Hudson. It is a 5 minute drive from the reception and is right next to I-495.
Do you have a wedding registry?
No, we do not have a registry. Your presence is the greatest gift we can ask for. However, if you still feel obliged to gift us something, then we would be grateful to receive cash only to help fund our honeymoon.
How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP here on this website by June 16th!
What should I wear?
We ask that you please dress semi- formal or cocktail. Please do not wear jeans. We recommend comfortable shoes as we will be walking on grass most of the time so any pointy heels may sink in and get stuck.
What type of food will be served
After the ceremony, we will have a BBQ style buffet at the reception. There will be appetizers, salads, chicken, lamb kebabs, sides and more! The food will start coming out just after we all arrive to the reception.
What if I need help with transportation?
If you need help getting to our wedding, please let us know personally, and we will try our best to make accommodations for you. We recommend that everyone carpools with friends if possible, so that there are less cars that need to park on the street.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held indoors inside the Martha Mary Chapel from 2:30-3:00 PM. Please arrive by 2:00 PM to settle in and take pictures. Then after the ceremony, everyone will be expected to leave and be on their way to the reception in Hudson by no later than 3:15 PM! We must clear the chapel by that time. The reception is only 20 minutes away at Austin's parents' backyard which is outdoors (weather permitting).
Should I bring anything?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, insect repellent, good vibes and your best dance moves! :)
Can I come to the reception only and not the ceremony?
We totally understand if you cannot make it to the ceremony, just let us know in advance! We would still love to have you at the reception. Unless you're part of the wedding party of course!
