CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website. We appreciate your understanding!
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
We absolutely love your little ones, but unless your children are specifically listed on your invitation, we kindly ask that you plan for an Adults-Only trip. We are keeping the celebration more intimate and are only able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate with close friends and family.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel internationally for our wedding! Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your planned return date. This is a common requirement for international travel. (ie. If your passport expires before June 5th, 2027, you should renew to avoid travel issues).
If your passport is expired or will expire soon, we recommend renewing as early as possible, since processing times can take several weeks or even months depending on demand. Don’t wait until the last minute! Secure that passport and get ready to celebrate with us!
WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Please RSVP by October 31, 2025 so we can finalize our guest list.
Note: Submitting your RSVP does not reserve your room.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we highly recommend booking early to secure your spot!
DO I NEED TO PAY IN FULL TO BOOK THE ROOM?
No. To hold your room you will only need to make a deposit of $200 per room (plus insurance if selected).
CAN WE CANCEL THE RESERVATION AFTER BOOKING?
Yes. You can cancel before June 24, 2026 with no penalty. You will receive a refund of your initial deposit. From June 24 until August 10, 2026, a 2 -night penalty per room will apply. From August 11, 2026 to the travel date the booking is nonrefundable unless you purchased insurance. Please note that the insurance fee is non-refundable.
HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD I STAY? WHAT DATES SHOULD I BOOK?
A minimum 3-night stay is required to attend the wedding. We recommend arriving on December 3, 2026 to avoid any flight delays and ensure plenty of time to settle in before the big day on December 5, 2026. Keep in mind that the welcome dinner will be hosted on the night of December 4, 2026 if you plan to attend. Additionally, a group excursion for our party will be planned on December 6, 2026 (optional of course). More information about events will be shared with the official invitation. Stay tuned!
Feel free to turn it into a vacation—stay longer, relax, and enjoy the paradise!
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
There will be private non-stop transfer from and to Punta Cana International airport for our guests. This cost will be added automatically to every booking.
WHAT DOES ALL INCLUSIVE MEAN?
The all inclusive rate that you will pay includes: hotel stay; unlimited meals; unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks; shows and entertainment on the property; and non-motorized water sports.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire for the evening. Cocktail attire means wearing something more elevated than semi-formal attire but less dressy than formal attire. In other words, a suit and tie or well-tailored blazer and dress pants are preferable for men, while jumpsuits and mini, knee-length and midi cocktail dresses are great options for women. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue’s vibe and weather! Additionally, our bridesmaids will be in light pink so please reframe from wearing that color as we wish for our wedding party to stand out. Please DO NOT wear white, ivory, cream, or similar shade.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Is the sky blue? Is water wet? Of course! Come thirsty. 🍹🍷
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE WEDDING
Please arrive at the venue no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time to settle and take your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour.
WHAT IF I RSVP "YES" BUT DONT SHOW UP?
We’ll awkwardly call your name during dinner. Just kidding… kinda. 😄
But seriously, if you’re unable to attend, no worries at all! We completely understand that traveling for our wedding is a big ask. Please kindly decline on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We’ll miss you, but absolutely no hard feelings. 💛
