We ask that you arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Please help yourself to a glass of champagne and sign our guest book in the lodge's front room!
Will the wedding be outside?
Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors weather permitting. Please plan accordingly as it can become cold in the evenings!
What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail formal. Please no jeans, shorts, hats or flip flops. Also be prepared it might get cold in the evening!
Will there be transportation services provided to the venue?
Yes, there will be a shuttle service from the hotel that we have a room block to the venue round trip. It will arrive to the venue before the ceremony and will pick up from the venue at the end of the reception. There is a second pick up location that will be announced later.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! The venue does have a free parking lot for our guests if you choose to drive yourselves. Please note that any cars left overnight must be picked up by 10am the following morning!
When will I need to RSVP by?
We will be sending out formal invitations in the spring/early summer. Our RSVPs will be due 60 days before our wedding which is August 4th.
What if I don't RSVP on time?
We will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to notify our venue on our number of guest ahead of time so please RSVP as soon as possible!
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you have a plus one, it will be listed on your wedding invitations and appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Can I take photos or videos?
We ask that our ceremony stays unplugged so we can all be present without distractions. We have a wonderful photographer to capture these special moments!
Can I sit wherever I want during dinner?
We have assigned our guests to specific table numbers. Please refer to our seating chart when arriving to the dinner after cocktail hour.
Are children welcome?
We’ve carefully considered the guest list for our special day and, after much thought, have decided to make our wedding an adult-only celebration. While we love your little ones, we hope you understand that this decision allows all our guests to fully enjoy the day without any distractions. We look forward to celebrating with you!
