Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate to the children in our wedding party at our reception.

Yes! Please see the list of Hotels attached to the wedding website however please note that Mohican is 45 minutes away and AirBNB offers many cabins to stay in this area! We have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn, Ashland! Rooms in the hotel block are designed for 4-6 guests per room!

The ceremony is set to start at 3:30pm. We ask that you arrive around 3:00pm to allow extra time to walk to the ceremony space. Please be seated by 3:15pm. Guests that arrive to the ceremony space after 3:25 will be asked to wait in the cocktail lounge until after the ceremony. Guests attending the reception ONLY are asked to arrive between 4:15-5:40 during cocktail hour. Guests that are not seated before 5:45 will be asked to wait in the cocktail lounge until the grand entrance and speeches are over.

Those that are something blue are special friends and family in Austin and Kristen’s lives that they have chosen to recognize on their wedding day. If you are recognized as a something blue we ask that you wear “something blue” and the corsage or boutonnière sent to you prior to the wedding.

Yes! The ceremony is set to be 30-40 minutes, please plan accordingly. The reception will partially be outdoors as well; do not hesitate to bring a jacket!

We will not be able to accommodate or seat forgotten RSVP’s. Prior to the wedding we have to give our vendors an exact number of guests to account for. Please RSVP as soon as possible!

Yes! There is a moderate hill to get to and from the ceremony and reception area. Staff of Harvest Moon will be assisting guests as needed with a golf cart to and from.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don’t, please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our special day as intimate as possible with careful curation of the guest list. Thank you for understanding!
