Our Wedding

We first met at the river through a mutual acquaintance where Austin made me fall in love with his guitar and his Italian pick up line.

How we met

We started dating right after we met. That summer we had a lot of fun together, we went camping, he took me to Santa Cruz for the first time, we had many many breakfasts together, we went rafting down the river, to a music festival in San Francisco and so much more!!

In November when my au pair year ended I had to move to New Jersey to start my second year with a new family but we decided that we weren’t meant to stay so far away from each other so we moved together to North Dakota where we spent our first Christmas together.

After a little we decided to move back to California where we happily found out we were expecting our little baby girl.

Finally after 9 long months our first daughter has been born. Meet Laila Sofia Holmes.

On our second Christmas together in 2023 I got the best present of all, Austin surprised everyone and proposed in front of his family and my mom, I wasn’t expecting it all all because he made a fake huge present. Now Christmas will be a little more special for us.

Lexie is Austin’s sister and a bigger sister to me. She is always there to help when we need her, she is a great mom and I look up to her.

She was my first best friend ever, I’ve known her since I have memories. She is an hairdresser and is gonna do my hair at the wedding. Let’s all hope she’ll do a good job and that it won’t fall apart while I walk down the aisle… just kidding she is great😛

She has been my other best friend since 3rd grade. She is great with kids so if you want to enjoy the wedding we got a babysitter and she can even sell you a house, what else?!?😜

I’ve known her since kindergarten but she has been my really good friend since high school. She loves farm animals, she owns some sheep, chickens, ducks and even honey bees and she produces her own honey. Wanna start your chicken cup? Ask her all the informations! 

Elisa

Yes, that year me and my friends gifted Elisa 4 chickens for her birthday so she could start her chicken cup. It was pretty funny especially going to look for someone that can give us some. But she loved her present and still has chickens 4 years later.

How to get here

This is the closest airport to our house and the wedding location. It’s only 30 minutes drive from here. Sometimes you can find cheaper flights if you land at the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) but that’s 2 hours away. Questo è l’aeroporto più vicino a casa nostra e a dove si terrà il matrimonio. Dista solo 30 minuti di macchina da qui. Alcune volte però si possono trovare voli più economici atterrando all’aeroporto internazionale di San Francisco (SFO) che dista 2 ore da qua in macchina, qualcosa da tenere in considerazione.Da San Francisco a qua c’è il treno per circa 30$ oppure dovrebbe esserci qualche bus (flixbus…)
