Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony and reception will both be held at The Chapel at Palacios at 49 Tarragona Drive, Westlake, TX 76262. The ceremony and reception will be inside and cocktail hour will be outside.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We ask that you arrive at the venue no later than 4:45pm. If you are late, you will not be allowed into the ceremony.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. For gentlemen, a jacket and a tie or a traditional suit, a tuxedo is not necessary. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. We also ask that our guests avoid wearing black dresses or white/cream/ivory!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that you please silence your phones and do not take them out during the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer that will be capturing our ceremony. Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like after!
Can I bring a date?
If the invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes! Otherwise, we will be keeping the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family only.
Can we bring our children?
We encourage you to think of our wedding as a date night away from the kids! We will not be having children at our wedding.
I have a dietary restriction, will there be food for me?
Yes of course! When you RSVP, please indicate your specific dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
Is there transportation to and from the venue?
We will provide a shuttle service to and from each hotel to the venue. Pick up at the Hampton Inn is at 4pm & pick up at the Homewood Suites is at 4:30pm. Please keep in mind seats are limited & feel free to Uber/Lyft if you so choose. The shuttle will bring guests back to their hotel at 9pm, 10:30pm & 11pm.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us so come ready to celebrate :)
