Austin grew up in Huntington, Vermont on his family Christmas tree and Maple syrup farm. Emily grew up in Trumbull, Connecticut and always had a drive to explore new places. In her second year serving with Americorps, Emily ended up in Vermont. Austin and Emilys love story began in 2020, when they both swiped right. They quickly bonded over cooking, jokes, and their love of the outdoors. Their first date felt like something out of a Hallmark movie. They made pancakes for dinner at Emily’s apartment and shared stories like they were old friends reconnecting.They spent weekends exploring places like Emilys hometown in Connecticut, Maine, and North Carolina. They enjoyed hikes, picking out plants and flowers for their garden, and simply walking through Austins family tree farm. In the summer of 2024, they welcomed Waylon to their union, a golden retriever puppy who brings another level of love to their daily lives.On Christmas Eve 2024, Austin surprised Emily with a special gift. After a fun family gift exchange, Emily opened a box filled with gum, stress balls, and chocolate, only to find a small box inside with a stuffed black lab with a diamond ring around its neck. The handwritten card read, Emily, will you marry me? Surrounded by family, Austin kneeled on the living room floor to ask for her hand. She said yes, marking the beginning of their next chapter. Their love story continues with a 2026 wedding in the next chapter.

The inn has four&nbsp;individually decorated rooms. All rooms come with private baths, television, air conditioning, and free wireless Internet. The Williston Village Inn does not provide breakfast, snacks, or beverages to its guests at this time. We have equipped each room with a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee machine. This Inn is 20 minutes away from the wedding location!
