Austin and Ely first crossed paths at CrossFit Wild West. Austin was actually judging one of Ely's competitions. They ended up chatting for three hours during a walk and then spent another hour talking in the parking lot. And well, the rest is history!

After dating for a few months, Ely got the opportunity to watch Austin receive an award from the fire department.

Austin always enjoyed when Ely would stop by the station and see him while he was at work!

2023 was the year of weddings! Little did they know, they would begin planning their own just nine months later.

Ely had the opportunity to pin Austin's badge for Lubbock Fire Rescue.

Austin and Ely celebrated their first Valentine's Day together!

At her best friend Hannah's wedding, Ely and Austin had so much fun dancing and celebrating their wonderful friends!

Austin and Ely enjoy getting outdoors and hiking as much as they can! Somehow, they always end up hiking way longer then they intend to, but they're happy to do anything as long as it's together.

After a summer of working and school, Austin and Ely were able to take a weekend and get back up to Colorado and do some more hiking! In typical Ely fashion, she sprained her ankle shortly after this picture was taken and would hobble the 4.5 mile and 2,000ft elevation descent down the mountain.

He finally popped the question! Austin proposed to Ely during the concert of one of her favorite country artists. It was truly a night to remember!

Hannah and Eris threw Austin and Ely a wonderful engagement party to celebrate!

Austin and Ely are anxiously awaiting for the day that they get to celebrate their forever with all of their family and friends!
