Attire: Casual-summer dresses for women, flat front shorts for men, etc.
The Lover's Leap Lawn, where the ceremony will be held, has no protection from the elements. The ceremony will be short, and sweet. Water will be provided, and the bar will be open. Please consider keeping front parking spots at Lover's Leap and the pavilion open for grandparents and parents. There is a map attached for your convenience.

Ceremony
The Lover's Leap Lawn is a very short walk from the Pavilion where the reception will be held, and just down the steps from outside the Game Lodge. If you are staying in cabins that are on the property, they are about .25 miles from the ceremony and reception site with a walking path connecting them.

Cocktail Hour
Light hors d'oeuvres will be served and there will be cocktails of course. Cocktail hour will start immediately after the ceremony in the pavilion, just a short few steps from the lover’s leap lawn.

Reception
Our reception will be held in the pavilion just below the State Game Lodge. Dinner is scheduled to start at 6pm. Reserved seating for family and our wedding party will be located towards the front of the pavilion near the sweetheart table. Order of events for reception: Dinner, speeches, dances and then we party!
About the Custer State Game Lodge
The Custer State Game Lodge is on the National Register of Historic Places! It served as the Summer White House for President Calvin Coolidge in 1927 and was visited by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1953. There are rooms in the lodge where these two presidents stayed that can be rented for your stay during our wedding weekend!
