When do I need to RSVP by?
Please send us your acceptances or regrets by September 5, 2025
You can RSVP on this website by clicking the RSVP button on the top of the page.
What should I do if I cannot attend?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to space limitations with our venue, we cannot accommodate all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
Unfortunately due to space limitations with our venue, we cannot accommodate all of our guests to bring their children. We ask that you please make arrangements to leave your little ones at home unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
What is the dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing shorts, jeans/denim, and hats.
What will the weather be like?
Welcome to the desert! While it might be cooling off significantly in other areas of the U.S., the Phoenix area will still be fairly warm. You can expect temperatures in the high 80s to the low 90s during the day and high 60s to low 70s in the evening and at night.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and dancing will take place outdoors while cocktail hour and dinner will take place indoors.
How should I get to the venue?
While our venue does provide on site parking, we highly recommend carpooling with other guests if possible, or using a ride share app such as Uber or Lyft.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 3:45 so you can find a seat before the ceremony begins. There will be champagne and water available to you as you come in.
Please plan accordingly for traffic as the venue is in a high traffic metro area.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. This allows our photographer(s) to capture the best pictures possible where we can see your lovely faces and not the backside of your phones. We will be sure to share photos with you when we are able.
After the ceremony is finished, please feel free to take as many pictures as you like!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! There will be a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available to you at no cost. Please consider bringing some cash to tip our bartenders though!
What if I have a dietary restriction?
We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at wedding.vreeland@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.
We have already taken special care to address concerns for our guests with gluten restrictions.
