***Just wanting to remind everyone that airplane tickets are not able to be priced/purchased yet as airlines usually do not book this far out. 


We are hoping and expecting to book around mid February . A down payment will be required to lock in your spot at this booking. 45 days before departure date is when the final payment is due. You are able to make payments with Lousie and get that set up with her during the period of initial booking and waiting until the 45 day final payments due. She is happily able to work with you. 


If you plan on flying out of Minneapolis, Sioux Falls, or out of state she will coordinate with you also. 


For reference: A direct flight from Minneapolis to Cancun is 4 hours.


Turner and I are required to arrive 3 business days prior to the wedding ceremony. 


Just a reminder, a passport will be required. Those are roughly 10-13 weeks out. I applied for mine on 9/6 and tried tracking it today 9/25 and received it 6 weeks later. So ensure you are being timely with passports and getting that scheduled on their online website if needing to make an appointment for a new passport.

Louise will be booking airfare/hotel/transportation from the airport to the hotel in Mexico. It is all bundled together to ensure our party will be put together. 
Please check that your Passport must not be expired within 6 months of return date due to possibility of not being allowed back in the US.
