Logan and Autumn met in 7th grade. They were great friends and shared a few classes. Logan made known his interest in Autumn early on and for Valentines day presented her with a teddy bear and flowers. Autumn was grateful for the gesture but did not reciprocate romantic feelings. Autumn’s 7th and 8th grade yearbooks both have a message from Logan saying “I love you, call me sometime” with his phone number.
Time passed and both Logan and Autumn grew up, fell in and out of love numerous times, and had children. Fate kept them connected over the years with random public sightings or living just a few houses apart for a couple years.
One fall day they saw each other while picking up their youngest children from school. They chatted breifly and ended the interaction with a hug. The hug that left them both with butterflies.
Conversation evolved on Facebook messenger for about 9 months before the two finally got together. They met at the park with all their children and had a lovely day. The rest is history.
May 27th, 2021 they made their relationship official and have been learning and growing as a strong blended family ever since.
Their hearts and home include Aaron Lark, Evan Lark, Desmond Lark, Carter Van Drese and Marley Van Drese. The recent addition of their dog Odin completes the family and Logan and Autumn look forward to all their years together.
