The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and seating. We will have parking attendants and coordinators there to assist you.

Ceremony: Please leave all phones in purses or pockets with ringer off. We kindly ask that our ceremony is unplugged. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture all our special moments that we've requested. Cocktail hours/Reception: YES absolutely! We would love for our guest to take as many pictures and videos as you like. Please tag Rian and I in all the memories that you capture during our special night!

Yes! You are welcome to bring your kid(s) if you choose. We kindly ask that you respect the venue and do not leave them unattended without an adult present. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed on the stairs unless accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately, we will miss celebrating with you. We are asked to provide a final guest count for our vendors within the time frame we are given. Thank you for understanding!

There is no smoking of any kind allowed on The Establishment Barn premises except in specifically designated area. Illegal firearms are not permitted on the premises.

Alcoholic beverages may NOT be consumed in the parking lot of the premises. We have set aside a time for our licensed bartenders to serve our guests. We ask that you respect our decision.
