Our Wedding

We met through Facebook and texted for a few weeks prior to meeting up 4th of July weekend to go hiking at McConnell's Mill. We both love being in God's creation and enjoy being outside. It was the perfect day for a hike and gave us lots of time to talk while enjoying the beauty around us. What attracted us to each other was our mutual love for the Lord, both being mission minded and living lives on mission, as well as our love for children. Josh has a huge heart of service full of love and compassion. God has given him a heart for people who are in hard places. His heart and passion is for sharing the gospel while serving the Lord at the soup kitchen, at the mens shelter and in the warming shelter. It is amazing to watch him love on each person he serves! Josh is the director of the Meadville Community Soup Kitchen which is open to the public Monday through Friday. He along with a team of others opened the first warming shelter in Meadville this winter that was open 8PM-8AM providing them a warm and safe place to sleep. When they started it they had no idea what a cold winter we would have or what a blessing it would be to so many. They ended up being open 70+ days in a row as the temperature with windchill was below 25 that many days in a row. Every Sunday night he also serves at the local men's Shelter helping feed them dinner.&nbsp; Autumn has a huge heart for Haiti and serving children with disabilities and their families. God placed on her heart her the call to Haiti in 2007 after her first mission trip. She opened her outreach program in Haiti that empowers families to keep their special needs children verses abandoning them or placing them in orphanage settings in 2009. As her outreach program has grown and expanded to encompass she founded 5 STAR Global Ministry. As the ministry has grown it has required Autumn to spend at least 6 months out of the year stateside fundraising, administrating, and gathering/packing supplies for the ministry. Josh has an amazing 9 year old son Calvin that I have loved getting to know.&nbsp;He has a heart like his dads. We all love spending time outside and being in God's beautiful creation together. Over the last 9 months we have had a chance to make many memories hiking, caving, playing games, etc. We have also had many chances to serve in each others ministry's and Calvin is always up to helping and serving alongside us.&nbsp;He has a heart like his dad's. We both support God's calling on each others lives and are excited to get married and do life and ministry together. Autumn will continue to travel back and forth to Haiti spending 2-3 months at a time in Haiti then 4-6 months stateside. Once married we will live in Meadville, PA to remain close to Josh's ministry's and Calvin's mom. We can’t wait to see what God has in our future!&nbsp;Our moto has been&nbsp;Let’s share God's love and bless some people today! and our scripture that we hold to is&nbsp;1 Peter 4:10- Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. We would covet prayers as there is still alot to decide on, to plan, and many unknowns. We know God is faithful and will provide for our every need. Our biggest prayer is for God to continue to make clear his path for us as a couple and family. That in all we do we will be united under Christ. We also pray that both of our ministry's will continue to flourish so we can keep serving those in need.&nbsp;

Cara and Autumn met in College in an all girls Bible Study she led. Cara took Autumn to Haiti the first time which changed the trajectory of her life. Cara and Autumn have remained good friends through the years seeing each other as much as possible when Autumn is stateside.

Wendy and Autumn met in Haiti on her first STAND trip to Haiti. They became great friends with shared heart for therapy, missions, and the Lord. Wendy helped Autumn found 5 STAR Global Ministry and has served on the board from the beginning. Wendy has been an amazing friend and mentor over the years.

Amber and Autumn met in Haiti. In the last 5 years they became close friends and now partner together in the administration and running off the 5 STAR clinic in Haiti. Amber oversees and run the Watch Me Grow Nutrition clinic. Amber and Autumn talk daily and are an support and encouragement to one another not just in ministry but life.

Josh and Sandie have been good friends for 8 years and is one of Josh's closest friends. She has been by his side through everything the last 8 years.

Matt is Josh's uncle and has been an integral part of Josh's life since he was little.
