The main airport for arriving in Las Vegas is Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). It's located in Paradise, Nevada, about 9 miles south of downtown Las Vegas.

We will provide a shuttle that will pick guests up in front of the Flamingo hotel. This shuttle will take us to the Chapel, and then will bring us back to the Flamingo following the ceremony.

The dress code is semi-formal, but we encourage guests to embrace the theme of Las Vegas and wear what they feel best in.

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitations will be accommodated.

Due to restrictions with our vendors, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.

The bride and groom understand not everyone will be able to make the trip. We would love to catch up and celebrate together when we return!

The bride and groom will be staying at the Flamingo hotel. When booking your stay, we recommend creating a Caesars Rewards account for additional savings on a number of the hotels along the strip. We recommend that guests stay close-by the Flamingo if choosing another hotel to make traveling more convenient. Additionally, we have also seen that Breeze Airways has budget-friendly flights going to Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is a major travel destination for this holiday. The Las Vegas Strip will shut down to traffic around 5:00 pm on New Year's Eve. The Strip will not open to traffic again until 2:00 am on New Year's Day. During that time the only motorized transportation option will be the monorail, located on the eastern side of the Strip. There will be several firework displays from resorts along the strip. We hope that you decide to choose a hotel close to the bride and groom, and we encourage good walking shoes!

Due to the travel restrictions along the Strip on New Year's Eve, we recommend guests check-in to their hotel on December 30th, or early on the morning of December 31st.

The average daily temperature in Las Vegas in December/January ranges from 39°F to 58°F. We recommend bringing some layers in case it gets cold!

The bride and groom will host a dinner following their ceremony.
