If you have a couple extra days to explore, Almeria is known for their beautiful beaches, particularly within Cabo de Gata Natural Park.

About 40 minutes away, is one of the largest geodes in the world, which can be found in the city of Pulpi. You will need to book in advance!

Possible visits could include the cathedral, and the Alcazaba, a Moorish fortress.
