Please arrive at Pinecrest between 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM MT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:00 PM.

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our day. For women, think cocktail dresses, nice pantsuit, or maxi dresses, and for men, suits or dress shirts and ties optional; not overly formal. We ask that guests avoid jeans and colors traditionally reserved for the bride.

Yes! There is plenty of parking available at Pinecrest. There is a large parking lot below the reception area. Additional street parking is also available. Golf carts are available for guests to transport to/from the parking lot and the chapel for the ceremony/reception. There is no overnight parking at the venue, so we encourage all guests to arrange transportation via their own car. Ubers and Lyfts are unlikely to get to Pinecrest unless scheduled, so plan transportation ahead of time.

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone’s dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP please indicate any dietary needs, so we can plan accordingly.

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue’s capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You’ll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Yes, there will be an open bar for wine, beer, and seltzers during the cocktail hour. After the cocktail hour, alcohol will be available for purchase. Please drink responsibly and plan a way to return safely home.

The bridesmaids will be in burgundy and the groomsmen will be in navy blue.
