Come in your nicest cocktail attire as we celebrate in such a lovely place! Suits with ties and dresses are requested.

The ceremony starts promptly at 4, so please be seated before that time! You are welcome to arrive as early as 3:30.

For those staying at Holiday Inn Express in Chanhassen there will be a 14-person shuttle bus running back and forth for an hour starting at 11:20 pm.

Yes! Please have fun and get home safely. The venue just asks that pick up your car by vehicle by noon on the 25th.

After we tie the knot, you’ll be invited to the cocktail hour on-site at Bavaria Downs, then into the ballroom for dinner where the party gets started!

When you enter the property, you will drive to the end of the driveway. There is a parking lot with plenty of space for all our favorite people!

We love your kids so much, but with the exception of a few invited little ones who are part of the ceremony, we ask that just those on the invitation attend. We hope our wedding serves as a well-deserved night out for you lovely parents!

We will have complimentary beer and wine throughout the whole day/evening. A cash bar will also be on hand for those who enjoy a good cocktail (you know we do!).

We are so honored to have so many special people around us, but unless otherwise indicated on your invitation, please just bring yourself and your dancing shoes!

Yes! All the events guests attend are on one level with no steps. There are also golf carts that will assist anyone who could use a hand getting around outside.
