Because our wedding is at a hotel, we have room blocks for our guests, including free parking! You will be able to block hotel room, I believe price is $135 per night. You can call the front desk at (715)845-6500 and ask for Guillaume/Lopez wedding block. We have wedding block from 5/1-5/3, so you can stay both nights or just the night of the wedding. Wedding block might fill up, in that case you don't have to book under our block, you can say you're attending for our wedding and they will make note. There should be plenty of rooms available for everyone! They said it was unlikely they would be fully booked :)

Yes, kids are allowed, but only if they are included on your invite. If your invite says plus family, your kids are invited!

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as (Your Name) + (Guest) if a plus one has been given to you.

Yes! Our wedding will have a semi-formal dress code and we can't wait to see you dress up! No Jeans please!! Please note that reception and ceremony are both inside.

Unfortunately we will not have an open alcohol bar, there will be free soda and water, but prepared to pay for your own alcoholic drinks!

Please arrive no earlier than 3:00pm, ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm so please arrive 15-30 minutes before to save your seat.

Free parking will be available at the hotel parking lot, make sure you stop at the tick machine to print a ticket to put on your dash. Use code JSI25 If there's no parking in the parking lot by the front entrance, there is a parking garage next door that is also free for hotel guests, Code is JSI25

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!
