Eric and Jonathan met in high school and became fast friends due to their shared love of music. Both saxophone players, they would end up sitting next to each other during band class, where a strong friendship would form. Over a decade later, that friendship and love of music would persist. Whether it's laughing over beers at Sam's house, or driving through snowstorms on the way to a gig, the two have been through a lot together.

Ayala and Ava met in their senior-year of high school during an after school tutoring program that helped tutor middle schoolers. Ayala and Ava bond over their love of coffee and thoughts of one day opening a cafe. Ayala and Ava would often go over to Madison's house to chronologically watch the Marvel cinematic universe in preparation for End Game. Ayala cannot wait to stand beside Ava as she starts this next chapter in her life. Here's to a lifetime of love, laughter, and unforgettable moments for Ava and Jonathan—and to Ayala, whose friendship and support mean the world.

Killian and Jonathan have been friends since middle school. Their shared love of the video game Super Smash Bros. would lead to a friendly rivalry that continues to this day. Always one for an inside joke, Killian has always had an easy time making others, especially Jonathan, laugh.

Madison met Ava in their senior-year global history class in 2018. Their friendship grew over late night chemistry homework at Starbucks and going to the movies (especially Marvel movies). Maddy and Ava stayed friends through college surviving the pandemic. After college Maddy and Ava lived together for a year and survived being roommates. Madison is so excited to celebrate Ava's big day as she steps into her next chapter. (Madison is on the left in the picture)

Another one of Jonathan's high school friends, Ryan and Jonathan would also attend college together. As roommates, they would bond over watching obscure movies, playing lots of Mario Kart, and working on school projects together.

Tina and Ava met in 2023 because of False Hydra (the Metal Core band that Jonathan is in with Tina's boyfriend Sam (best man)). They have since bonded over baked goods and crafting. They became Cincinnati neighbors in 2024 and see each other weekly during band practice, during which they often share banana muffins, tea, and coffee. Tina is Ava's amazing tattoo artist! Tina and Ava love doing annual joint birthday dinners because November birthdays are the best!

Jonathan has known Nathaniel his entire life (crazy how that works, right?). As his older brother, Nathaniel treated Jonathan to the full younger brother experience- from teaching him how to shave, to helping with his homework, to practicing his pro wrestling moves on him. (Apparently the siblings only ever stand in birth order when taking a picture-Ava)

Dana and Ava met while working together at EPA. New to Ohio, Dana felt right at home thanks to Ava's steady supply of candy, snacks, and oranges. When they weren't getting mixed up for each other, they were lunch-date and coffee-run regulars. These days they've traded snack breaks for exchanging photos of their pets and monthly zoom calls.

Much like the mythical Bigfoot, the photos of Matt that do exist are few and often quite blurry. He is well known for his disdain of being photographed, as well as his ability to sense when a camera is pointed at him. Matt and Jonathan met as coworkers and immediately hit it off, bonding over their shared nerdiness. When Jonathan and Ava started dating, they also became fast friends. Matt would introduce them both to the world of fancy espresso drinks and the best peanut butter pie ever created. This April, Matt will officiate Jonathan and Ava's wedding, and those in attendance may even get to see what he looks like!
