Our wedding ceremony and reception will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Sterling Event Venue, which is located at 20524 County Road 455 in Minneola, Florida. You can view more information about our wedding venue and its rural, natural setting at&nbsp;<a href="https://sterlingeventvenue.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://sterlingeventvenue.com/</a> Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be&nbsp;outdoors in the natural oak-forest beauty of Central Florida, and then our wedding reception with a live rock band, brunch and dancing will be&nbsp;indoors. No lodging is available at the wedding venue. However, the wedding is in the Greater Orlando area, so there are many hotels and resorts available within about a 30-45 minute drive from the wedding venue.&nbsp; IMPORTANT UPDATE May 1, 2025: Our room block at the Mission Resort &amp; Club is now completely FULL and we have finalized our guest count for the Resort. Only those who already booked in our room block at Mission Resort &amp; Club BEFORE May 1, 2025 have been included in our final guest counts for the resort shuttle and prenuptial/rehearsal event. The guest list is now closed, and additional guests cannot be added, as our vendors have finalized their counts and arrangements based upon the exact number of guests already booked in our room block at the resort. However, the area of our wedding is the Greater Orlando area which includes the theme parks, so there are many other hotels and resorts within about a 30-40 minute drive from the wedding venue. Guests can find other lodging options by searching the area using the Sterling Event Venue address above. Some guests may choose to stay near the theme parks where there are many resorts. There are also many hotels in and around the City of Orlando and its surrounding suburbs. Note for guests who already booked in our room block at Mission Resort BEFORE May 1, 2025: we will be providing you a complimentary shuttle service to and from the wedding site. (Note the shuttle is not for bridal party/groomsmen as they will arrive at the venue earlier than the shuttle). However, there is plenty of complimentary parking available at the wedding venue for guests who drive themselves. Additional note for guests who already booked in our room block at Mission Resort BEFORE May 1, 2025:We will be hosting a rehearsal/prenuptial dinner ("resort-style" attire) for our pre-May 1 booked Mission Resort guests only on the evening before the wedding. Details about this event will be provided to you when you arrive at the resort. See you soon!
