We have provided two hotel block options for guests that are interested. Please note that there is a large fair scheduled for the same weekend as our wedding, so we recommend reserving a room as soon as possible.

We have rooms blocked at the rates listed below for both Friday (9/20) and Saturday (9/21) night. Please ensure you have the appropriate check-in and check-out dates when booking.

August 21, 2024 is the deadline for guests to book under the group rate.

The closest airport to Springfield, MA is the Bradley International Airport in CT. It is about a 20 min drive from the airport to each hotel. Boston Logan International Airport is the next closest airport, which is about a 2 hour drive east of Springfield. The information for both airports is below.

Shuttle Arrival Schedule:

- Fairfield Inn & Suites (1 Bright Meadow Blvd) and Hampton Inn (20 Phoenix Ave) at 3:30 P.M. to Great Horse

Shuttle Departure Schedule:

- Great Horse at 10:30 P.M. to Fairfield Inn & Suites and Hampton Inn

- Additional shuttle can also be arranged for guests who may need to depart early.

Parking:

On-site parking at the Great Horse is available for those that drive.

For those that will be using their own form of transportation, note that ride-sharing options (Uber, Lyft, etc.) will NOT be available, due to both proximity of the venue and other events in the area. Please schedule in advance or utilize the shuttle transportation to Enfield.
