We are happy to provide a shuttle service from the Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn to the Venue.

The shuttle is through Atlantic Limousine and Mini Bus. Below is a picture of what the shuttle looks like. Also, there will be a "Visage/ Gernatt Wedding" sign located on the dashboard of the shuttle.

SHUTTLE TIMES AND LOCATIONS:

From the Hotel to the Venue:

1. Shuttle 1 arrives at the Holiday Inn at 3:45 pm and leaves at 4 pm sharp to the Venue.

2. Shuttle 2 arrives at the Hampton Inn at 3:45 pm and leaves at 4 pm sharp to the Venue.

3. Overflow bus: Shuttle 3 arrives at the Holiday Inn at 3:45pm and leaves sharply at 4:00pm to the Hampton Inn to pick-up any overflow people and then heads to the Venue.

From the Venue to the Hotels:

1. 1 shuttle departs at 8:00pm from Venue to both hotels.

2. 1 shuttle departs at 9:00pm from Venue to both hotels.

3. 3 shuttles depart at 10:00pm from Venue to both hotels.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

There is no need to reserve a slot for the Shuttles. You are welcome to use the Shuttles even if you are not staying at either hotel. Please plan to load the Shuttles as soon as they are available to ensure you get a seat: first come, first serve. There should be sufficient seating for everyone that wants to use the Shuttles, HOWEVER, if we get an unexpected volume of Shuttle riders then, once they fill up, you’ll need to make alternate arrangements to get to the Venue. The Shuttles have been instructed to depart promptly at 4:00pm; it is critical that we get everyone to the Venue in time for the 5:00 wedding ceremony. They will not wait for you.

No alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the Shuttles. We’ll have plenty ready for you as soon as the ceremony is over. 😊
