How do I RSVP?

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time! Simply search your name in the search bar, and your entire party should appear. Please ensure that you RSVP for every guest in your party, as well as every event. If your plus one's name is not already included, please make sure to add it when you RSVP. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by May 30th. The sooner the better! We appreciate your prompt response to ensure an accurate guest count to our wonderful venue and vendors in a timely manner.

What if I cannot make it?

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot attend for whatever circumstance, please mark 'no.' If you mark 'yes' and later find out you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP so we can make the necessary changes.

What if I miss the RSVP deadline?

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date we have provided, you will be marked as 'no.' We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide an accurate guest count to our venue and vendors in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additional guests/plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. If you have received a plus one, your save the date/formal invitation will be addressed as "(your name) & Guest" and it will show up under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate additional children unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. If your child/children are invited, your save the date/formal invitation will be address as "The (last name) Family" and it will show up under you name when you RSVP. We hope you'll understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

What accommodations will be available for out of town guests?

We understand that most of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking links and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Summery colors are encouraged, but not mandatory. Ladies, please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or champagne tones. Gentlemen, please refrain from jeans or sneakers.

Where is the ceremony/reception?

The ceremony and reception are both indoors at The Pines BLACK located at 4487 - 165th Avenue SE, Davenport, ND 58021

How do I get to the venue?

***Westbound Exiting Fargo*** Drive west out of Fargo on I-94 and take Exit 240 (Kindred Exit). Turn left and drive south for 8 miles, the Pines is located on the west side of the highway. ***Southbound Exiting Fargo*** Drive south out of Fargo on I-29 to Exit 54 (Davenport Exit). Turn right and drive west for approximately 8 miles, then turn right onto 165th Ave SE for 3 miles. The Pines is located on the west side of the highway.

What time should I arrive?

Ceremony is at 4:30 PM. Doors open at 3:30 PM, please arrive NO LATER than 4:15 PM. This will allow time to park, sign the guestbook, and find your seat before the start of the ceremony.

Is there parking available?

Yes! All vehicles must be parked within the designated Pines BLACK parking areas. Overnight parking is available in the Pines BLACK parking area only (paved lot). ***All vehicles must be picked up by 9 AM the following morning***

Will there be a shuttle service to and from the venue?

Yes! Two shuttles will be available before the ceremony to transport guests to the venue, with pick-up at the Hilton Garden Inn Fargo (exact pick-up times to be announced). During the reception, an hourly shuttle service will provide transportation back to Fargo, starting at 8:30 PM and ending with the final shuttle at 11:30 PM. Drop-off will be at the Hilton Garden Inn Fargo.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! During the cocktail hour, we’ll be hosting an open bar with a selection of drinks for you to enjoy on us. After that, the bar will transition to a cash bar, accepting cash, card, and Apple Pay. An ATM is also available on-site if needed. Please plan your transportation accordingly and get ready to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Lahren! ***Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the Pines property***

Can I take photos?

We want all our guest to be present in the moment. We have hired an amazing team of photographers and videographers to capture every moment, so we will be having a fully unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). We kindly ask that there are no pictures or videos taken until it is announced to do so. Thank you in advance for respecting our wishes!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The venue is fully ADA accessible with dedicated parking spots near the front.
