What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to grab a seat.
Where do I park?
There will be valet parking at the venue!
Can I use my cellphone to take pictures during the ceremony?
We would love for everyone to take this special moment with us! We kindly ask you to silence devices and refrain from using your phone entirely during the “unplugged” ceremony. We have hired an incredible photographer who is going to get plenty of pictures for you to see at a later date. During the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! Feel free to use our QR Codes provided at the reception to share the pictures you take at our reception in our album!
What's the bar situation?
There will be a selection of beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages for our guests to enjoy
When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP no later than April 1 for proper accommodations.
To RSVP, click on the “RSVP” tab on our website and type in the name(s) listed on your envelope. We hope to see you there!
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, your response will be marked as “No”. We will miss you; however, we have to provide a total guest count to our vendors within a certain time frame. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!
What do I do if I can’t make it?
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP not attending so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
What should I wear?
We would love to see our friends and family look their best for our special day and celebrate in style! The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire! Your effort to dress up is truly appreciated. No denim, white, or ivory, please!
Are there any colors guests should avoid wearing?
We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams.
Should we bring our children?
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.
Your invitation will be made out to “The {Your Last Name} Family” if your children have been invited and “Mr. & Mrs.” if only you and your significant other have been invited. Please take this chance to have a date night or a weekend away on us!
Can I bring a date?
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on our RSVP list. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. For example, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! If your date is listed on the invitation, please RSVP for both of you! We want everyone to share in this intimate celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close family and friends. We hope you understand!
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors while our reception will take place indoors. Should it rain, accommodations will be made to move the ceremony indoors!
