Please RSVP by November 1, 2024. We invite you to RSVP online through the website, or by mailing in the pre-stamped RSVP card that was sent with your formal invitation.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
All wedding events will take place in the Tudor Ballroom on the fourth floor of Hotel Kansas City.
What is the dress code?
This is a formal event with a seated dinner and dancing. We suggest that men wear a suit and tie, and women wear a long dress or cocktail attire.
Can I bring a guest?
We have carefully planned our day around celebrating with our closest family and friends; thus, only guests who are named on the invitation are invited to attend. This applies to children as well. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
Is there a block of rooms reserved?
Yes, please check the "Accommodations" tab for more information on room blocks and hotel recommendations
Is there parking available?
Hotel Kansas City provides valet parking. Daytime and overnight rates apply. There are also several parking garages and street parking available close to the venue.
What time should I arrive?
Due to the holidays and time of year, downtown Kansas City can be very busy and crowded to navigate. We ask that you allow enough time for commute, parking and getting to the ceremony location. The Ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 p.m.
Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
If you would like to honor us with a gift, there will be a designated table for gifts and cards upon arrival. You are also welcome to have the gift sent directly to our home at 16345 W. Briarwood Court, Olathe, Kansas 66062
