The LOOM Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
We have a room block booked at the LOOM Hotel in Warwick, RI, about 15 minutes away from the venue!

If there are any guests that prefer to call in to make their reservations, please call Hilton Reservations at 1-800-774-1500. You can reference the group code 500 or reference the Rainone Wedding Room Block.
Please be sure to book your reservations prior to June 12th, 2026. As after this date, the group rate will no longer be available.
We will also provide transportation between the hotel and Harbor Lights on the day of the wedding.
A-Star Limousine
For guests staying at the hotel, we will have a shuttle to bring you to Harbor Lights before the ceremony. It will leave the hotel at 3:15 to arrive at Harbor Lights around 3:30PM. They will also bring guests back to the hotel after the wedding, as well as at the end of the After Party.
For guests flying in from out of state, the closets airport is T.F. Green in Providence, RI. Please note there is no airport shuttle to the Loom Hotel.
