The Bride and Groom STRONGLY suggests you do! We would love you to stay with us! Not to mention, it is a few steps over to the hotel, which means no driving at the end of the night. Plus, you can touch up and take a break whenever you need! If you do decide not to stay, please be safe and use an uber, anyone on the wedding party will be able to show you how and would love to do so for you. Please remember to book your rooms in our reserved block before October 1st as they will not be reserved past this date.

We are going for a rustic formal look! Our colors are burnt orange and green! Consider picking an autumn color scheme for your outfits if that helps you pick! Shoot for formal attire, we aren't expecting suits but we would like you to look your best. Thank you! :)

Yes! There is parking right outside of the venue as well as down the road. We recommend staying at the hotel next door (view and book under the Hotel tab on this website). It is just a few steps from the venue! This means more parking space for all that stay!

We are kindly asking for an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have wonderful photographers and videographers capturing our day. We will however have many opportunities for photo's during cocktail hour and the reception.

There will be signature drinks provided by us through cocktail hour! The cocktails will be themed by our lovely fur babies! The rest of the bar is cashless and requires a card or Apple/Google Pay so please be ready so you can party with us! McBub Ultra and sodas will be offered throughout the night as long as supplies last.

We plan to have our favorite meal for dinner! Pasta! This will be served buffet style so you can pick what you'd like when you get there! The options include: Penne Pasta with Marinara or Alfredo Beef Meatballs or Sliced Grilled Chicken Garden Salad with several choices of dressings California Blend Vegetables Garlic Breadsticks

We went a non-traditional route for our dessert to better suit us! This means we will be having ice-cream for dessert instead of bakery items. Cold Stone Creamery will be setting up a sundae bar after the pasta buffet is complete.

Doors to Poplar Hall will NOT be unlocked until 2:30PM. They will also be relocked for the ceremony at 3:00PM and not reopened until after, so please do not be late, we would hate to miss you!
