To be safe, make sure your passport expires AFTER October 2025. The 6-month passport rule states that your passport must be valid for another six months before you depart for international travel.

How do we get to the wedding day venue?
We will provide transportation from hotel santo domingo to the wedding day venue, Castillo de Batres. We encourage all guests to use it! If this does not work for you, you can schedule an uber, lyft, or taxi. If you choose to rent a car, Castillo de Batres does have a large parking lot.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Both the Nikah Ceremony and the Reception afterwards will be held together at the same venue: Castillo de Batres. The two parts of the event will be separated by a cocktail hour.
Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Yes! We want our guests to dress to impress! We recommend desi formal attire, but any black tie attire is appropriate!
Will the food be halal?
Yes! All meat will be halal. We will also have separate vegetarian menus, please let us know if you need one!
Can I bring an extra guest?
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity we are unable to accommodate any guest that is not already listed as a part of your RSVP
