CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} + Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding! *Plus ones will not be added on the save the dates, so don't panic! The actual invitation will include all additional guests.*
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
Although we love your children (you know who you are), we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages, including infants, toddlers, kids, teens, and many of Derek's incredibly immature friends. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we were able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope you see this as an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our loved ones get all gussied up with us! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony and after party will be outdoors, so dress accordingly. Prepare for the weather to be upper 60s lower 70s. Also, probably a slight chance of rain because Oregon. Ladies, I would refrain from white. The bride isn't nice.
WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTSIDE?
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event! Additionally, please keep in mind that the venue (our property) is primarily grass and gravel terrain.
WHERE SHOULD I BOOK MY HOTEL?
There are some beautiful hotels in Corvallis that will be shared on this website. There is also tent and RV camping (no hookups) available on our property if you choose to stay on-site.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony starts at 1900 hours, or 7 PM for you civilians, on 6.14.2025. Bailee always says, "if you're on time, you're late", so I would try to show up early so you can mingle and have a free drink.
WHY DOES THE WEDDING START SO LATE?
Because it’s our day and we can. Just kidding, but seriously. We have lots of our LE family working on a tight schedule and we want to be able to accommodate them as well. Don’t worry, you’ll get your dinner soon enough. Reminder, drinks are free, so what more is there to bitch about?
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Oh yeah, bigtime. Since it's our property, you can park virtually wherever you want. Plus, if you get too boozed up to drive home, you can leave your rig until the day after, so the bride doesn't hook you for DUII.
ARE WE FEEDING YOU?
Yes, of course. Both the groom and bride have a bad case of the hangry, so food will absolutely be there. We will eat right after the ceremony, and because of that, it’ll probably be brief. Hope y’all like food of the Mexican variety. Bathrooms are also complimentary.
Note from the groom: if you have special dietary needs, lettuce and water will be available. Or don’t come. Up to you.
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?
As soon as possible! The sooner, the better. For this specific thing, at least. We appreciate your prompt response! If you do not respond by May 14th, 2025, we will mark "decline" for you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate late RSVPs. We will miss you celebrating with us! Also jokes on you, the booze is free and you hella missed out.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?
Well, first off, grow up. Just kidding! If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to the vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVP's. We hope you understand! But seriously, grow up.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
We ask you to kindly turn off your ringer during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are excited to share their photos with you! Any time before or after the ceremony is fine to have your phone. If you HAVE to have it, at least put in the effort to hide it like you did in school.
WILL THERE BE CELL SERVICE?
Nope. There is no cell service for the last few miles of the trip to the venue. We will have limited wifi available and can assist you if you need to make a call.
I HAVE A QUESTION NOT ANSWERED HERE; HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?
If you still have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to call or text the bride (Bailee) or groom (Derek)! I appreciate you taking the time to read this through and hope this can alleviate any questions/concerns you may have.
