7 years ago, Bailey and Bill initially met at their apartment complex pool over the summer. The summer ended and they went their separate ways during the cold Connecticut winter. The following Spring, Bailey was walking out of Hop Brook park while Bill was walking in. The two exchanged phone numbers and became walking partners. This turned into a relationship neither of them expected. Their relationship continued through Bailey’s many moves around Connecticut and back to New Jersey while she attended PA school. 5 and a half years later, on December 23rd, 2023, Bill proposed at the same spot where their relationship began at the entrance of Hop Brook park.
