SAFETY UPDATES

We are aware of the recent events in Mexico and understand that some guests may have concerns. We have been in close communication with trusted local contacts and our planners in San Miguel de Allende, who have confirmed that the city and the roads to and from the airports are currently open, safe, and operating as usual.

We will continue to stay in regular contact and monitor any updates. Your safety and peace of mind mean so much to us, and we fully support each of our loved ones in making the decision that feels best for their families.

GETTING TO MEXICO

We would love if everyone could attend all events planned for the weekend! If you plan on attending these events, we encourage you to book your flights sooner rather than later.

(QRO) QUERETARO AIRPORT, MX

The Queretaro airport is about 1 hour away from San Miguel de Allende.

United, Delta/AirMexico, and American fly to this airport!

(BJX) DEL BAJIO AIRPORT, LEON/GUANAJUATO

The Leon airport is about 1 hour and 10 minutes from San Miguel de Allende.

(MEX) JUAREZ INTL, MEXICO CITY, MX

The Mexico City airport is about 3 hours from San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

It is a safe drive from the airport to San Miguel de Allende. Please book your transportation in advance. Use the following recommendation to set up your round-trip transportation. These are the transportation companies recommended by our wedding planner.

You can email or text the number above with your arrival and departure times. They will set up a private car for you. Please bring pesos to pay. When you arrive at the airport, there will be a driver waiting for you with your name on a sign.

LEGALITIES

You must have a valid passport for at least 6 months after your day of entry into Mexico.

Please note: You do not need a passport to book your flights, but you must have a valid passport at the time of check-in. So, if you're able to attend and want to book your flights (the earlier, the better, as prices tend to increase over time), you can do so without a passport.
