Bailey and Bryan first met almost 17 years ago at West Briar Middle School! They had a few classes together and eventually went on to high school where they were part of the same friend group. They both swear they had no interest in each other and were only friends!

Bryan went to A&M and Bailey went to UT, but thankfully they remained friends despite the rivalry.

After college, Bryan moved to Austin to start working and Bailey moved to North Carolina for PA school. They stayed in touch throughout the next two years.

In 2021, Bailey moved back to Houston where Bryan had been since 2019. Bryan invited Bailey to lunch and they caught up like no time had passed (still just friends)!

They continued to see each other at social events throughout the summer/fall and always seemed to gravitate toward each other. Bailey and her roommates had a Halloween party and Bryan was the last guest to leave. Unbeknownst to them, that evening Bryan told his friend Jack that he liked Bailey and Bailey told her friend Ilyssa that she liked Bryan.

A few weeks later, Bailey worked up the courage to invite Bryan to a Christmas party. Since they had not yet confessed their feelings for each other, Bailey tried to play it cool throughout the evening. Bryan decided to make his feelings known and kissed Bailey at the end of the night! After that, they were inseparable. They started dating in 2022 and got engaged at Angel Lake in November 2023!
