We cannot wait to see everyone dressed in their best semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind when selecting shoes that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass.

A party bus will be provided for drop off to and pickup from the venue. Pickup at the Elmvale arena @ 2pm. One stop at the Bayfield Mall entrance (by the applebees/ Canadian Tire). The bus will pickup from the wedding venue at midnight, stop in Barrie again and return to Elmvale arena. Expect music/ lights/ and a party atmosphere while aboard the bus.

Due to our venues limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those whose names appear on the formal invitation.

As much as we love your littles, this will be an adult only event (18 years of age or older). Think of this as a fun night out and get ready to party!

Yes. If you choose to drive, you will enter the venue through gates and follow the road until you reach the house. There will be signs to guide you to the designated parking area at the right hand side of the house. Please do not park in the front yard / in front of the garage. Additionally, due to the size of the designated parking area we request people carpool where possible or for a fun experience, ride the party bus to and from the wedding. Cars can be left overnight but must be picked up by 10am Sunday.

We kindly request that our ceremony be unplugged - no phones or photos please. Prior to and following the ceremony, we would love for our guests to take as many photos as they would like around the property. We will provide a QR code system for guests to scan and upload photos to share with the bride and groom. We also request guests to take polaroids with the provided polaroid camera for the couple to keep and look back on.

YES - The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you, cheers! Please ensure you have arranged a safe ride home or to your hotel of choice. Both taxis and Uber service this area. For a fun ride to and from the wedding take the provided party bus with pickup/ drop off in Elmvale & Barrie.

There are designated smoking areas around the property, we ask guests to only smoke in these provided locations. No smoking or vaping inside the venue please.

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside followed by an indoor reception. Please see accommodations tab for hotel options nearby. Most importantly, get ready to party!
