Can I RSVP online or do I need to mail in an RSVP card?

You can RSVP either online or by mail! Please fill out the RSVP card completely if returning via mail.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 1st, 2024.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

While we adore your children, our venue does not have room for your little ones. Please make it a date night. We can't wait to celebrate with you! Immediate family, bridal party, and new mom's are exempt!

Are there different invitation types?

Yes. Due to indoor venue restrictions and so many people we want to celebrate the day with, there is a separate invitation to just the dance portion of the evening and we would love to dance the night away with those not able to attend the meal! If you receive an invitation to the evening celebration, there is no need to RSVP.

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception?

The ceremony, dinner, and reception will all take place at the Minnesota Horse and Hunt Club. The address is 2920 220th St E, Prior Lake, MN 55372.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there are two parking lots. One is on the west side of the building and the other is on the east side.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony will be outside near the reception hall. The dinner will be indoors in the reception hall. Then the dance will be in the outdoor pavilion.

Are there a block of rooms reserved at a Hotel?

Rooms have been reserved at the Candlewood Suites located in Lakeville. The block rate will be honored up until 1 month prior to the wedding. You can call 612-808-5580 and mention the Holasek/Clemensen wedding to book a room! Candlewood Suites 21060 Keswick Loop Lakeville, MN 55044

Will there be a shuttle to/from the hotel?

There will be shuttle service available back to the hotel.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal or dressy casual. Basically not-all- the-way-formal-but-please-don't-wear-jean-shorts! Examples for women: Sundresses or day dresses, cocktail dresses, or outfits with midi-skirts. Examples for men: A trendy suit or fun trousers, dress slacks or khakis with button up or polo shirts.

Is there a gluten free meal option?

The Prime Rib is gluten free!

Will there be an open bar?

Wine and keg beer will be available until gone, all other drinks can be purchased at the bar.
