Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is the primary airport in the Turks and Caicos, and has the greatest range of transport options, ranging from taxis, car rentals, and private luxury transfers.

We have reserved a block of rooms at two all-inclusive resorts in Turks and Caicos: Blue Haven Resort (https://www.bluehaventci.com/) and Alexandra Resort (https://www.alexandraresort.com/). Both resorts offer a range of amenities and activities for guests to enjoy during their stay. The resorts offers a complimentary shuttle service between the two resorts, which is a 10 minute shuttle. The reservation code is 2404HOPPER.

Both resorts offer different accommodations and room rates. Please visit each resort to find the best accommodation for you. Please keep in mind that both resorts are all-inclusive and there is a shuttle that goes between resorts. You can use your 'all-inclusive' pass at either resort. The average nightly price is about $400 per person depending on rooms and occupancy. Please ask Bailey/Mike if you need recommendations on where to stay. Payment plan when booking on website or calling is the following: $200 deposit when you make your reservation. 90 days prior to your arrival date (approximately 2/1/2024) you will be required to pay 50% of the remaining room and tax charges. The final 50% will be due 30 days prior (approximately 3/24/2024) to your arrival date. The reservation code 2404HOPPER.

The dress code for the wedding is beach semi-formal. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the island vibes, but also dress up for the special occasion.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation for guests to and from the airport. However, taxis are readily available and we can provide recommendations for reliable transportation companies.

We are planning a welcome party (white linen themed) for all of our guests the night before the wedding. We will also be organizing a rehearsal dinner for our immediate family.

Beautiful! The weather in Turks and Caicos is generally warm and sunny year-round. During the wedding month, temperatures typically range from 75°F to 85°F with low humidity.

We don't recommend it. All of the scheduled events will be at the Blue Haven Resort with a free shuttle and access from the Alexandra. Since these resorts are all inclusive, they don't allow non-guests to access the resort.
