Due to venue capacity, we ask that plus ones are by invitation only and we ask that other guests please do not bring a plus one. If a plus one is indicated on your invitation, you will find that under your RSVP.
Is the reception at the same place as the ceremony?
Yes! Following the ceremony, guests will be shuffled out to the outside patio or up to the second floor for just a few minutes, while personal attendants arrange tables for the reception.
What happens after the ceremony?
Following the ceremony, while the wedding party goes for a short bus ride, snacks and drinks will be provided for the guests before the grand entrance!
Is there an open bar?
At this time we have set a monetary limit for drinks from the bar. Once that limit is met, it will be a cash bar the remainder of the night. Drink responsibly.
Is there transportation services provided before and after the reception?
Yes! The shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the venue between 3:00p-3:45p. If needed, a shuttle will be available at the end of the night for a 4 hour time period between 8:00p-12:00a. Call the shuttle when you are ready and they will come get you and transport you back to the hotel for the night. (641) 323-7500
Is there a dress code?
Use our special night as an excuse to dress up! Please avoid wearing white and leave that to the bride! We ask that our guests wear semi-formal attire. Keep in mind that the ceremony is indoors, but during the reception the doors to the patio will open up and guests will be in and out, so please dress accordingly.
