We were just like everyone in 2020 trying to use dating apps to meet people online. We happened to match on Hinge, and once we started talking things just started to fall into place. We were living in two different states when we first met in December 2020. Bailey was living in Cullowhee, NC about to start her Master's program, while Kyle was living in Franklin, TN about to move to a new city. Once we met in person in January of 2021, a quick 2-day trip soon turned into an almost 2-week trip with each of us traveling both to NC and TN. We were both about to embark on new adventures and although we thought it was crazy to spend that much time together when we first met, time flew by so quickly!

Kyle decided to move to Charlotte, NC, shortly after we met, and we started dating long-distance. From 2021-2022 we made many trips between Cullowhee and Charlotte.

After deciding that we wanted to move in together after Bailey completed grad school, we settled on Middle Tennessee. We found the perfect spot for our first home in Spring Hill, TN, and started building! After what felt like ages and many building shortages our home was finally complete. We moved in during what felt like the hottest Spring either of us had ever experienced! We slowly curated our house into a home as we settled in. All the while both of us worked vigorously on our careers. Whoever thought a Historian and a Financial Planner would fall in love?! Bonding over WWII history and hockey sure helped!

As we continued to grow in our careers and build our home and life in Middle Tennessee we also decided it was time to add to our family of three. Gemma needed a little sister to pick on and vice versa. In the Summer of 2022, we got our little Leia! The two pups have kept us busy and have been inseparable since they met.

Although our lives always seem to be filled with so many things to do, it's nice to sit and enjoy the slow moments in life with one another.

We are beyond thrilled to celebrate with you all at our wedding in September! You all have seen us grow and change throughout our lives and we couldn't imagine celebrating without you!
