· BLISS25 is only bookable online and not via phone

· The discount is up to 20% off our retail rates and is subject to change

o Because you are not guaranteeing room revenue to the Hotel and are not liable for any room revenue minimums or attrition, we reserve the right to modify BLISS25 as our availability changes

· The discount is likely more restricted than our non-discounted rates on exceptionally high demand dates

· Currently, all our Queen/Queen Rooms have a 3-night minimum length of stay on Fridays & Saturdays from January through April 2025

· Currently, our Two-Bedroom Suite has a 2-night minimum length of stay on Fridays & Saturdays from January through April 2025

· There are several Fridays and/or Saturdays from January through April 2025 where the BLISS25 code has a 2-night minimum

o Should your guests require 1 night only on a Friday or Saturday then another one of our offers may be more appropriate for them

· We encourage you & your guests to continue checking the BLISS25 offer. Sometimes we have more availability than we anticipated, and our rates may go down and/or our restrictions may loosen up. Since we have a 3-day cancellation policy you will have ample opportunity to take advantage of any such changes prior to your arrival.
