Virginia weather can be pretty unpredictable in July! Definitely warm, potentially hot. Potential for storms, likely humid. Of course, we are hoping for a beautiful day with a breeze off of the water, but we want you all to be prepared! Wear whatever you feel best in! Ladies, we recommend a nice summery sundress or cocktail dress. Fellas, you may want to leave your jacket at home, but a button up would look nice (with or without a tie). Most importantly, we want everybody to be comfortable, but feel beautiful! We can't wait to see everybody dressed up! *side note, the ceremony will be OUTDOORS

We will be offering a couple cocktails during the cocktail hour and a selection of beer/wines/seltzers for the entirety of the evening. For nonalcoholic beverages, we will be providing water (of course), sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite.

Dinner will be catered by one of our local favorites, Scoot's Barbeque! This meal will be served buffet style, table by table. 3 Meats: Pulled pork, pulled chicken, and brisket Sides: Mac ‘N Cheese, cucumber salad, green beans, and baked beans

We will be providing a shuttle bus to-and-from the hotel in Williamsburg! Pick up at the hotel: 4-4:30pm (bus will arrive at 4 and be leaving at 4:30) Return Trip 1: 10pm (after fake exit) Return Trip 2: 11pm (last bus of the night) The venue is a little outside of civilization, but there should also be some Ubers/Lyfts available! Most importantly, if you have consumed alcohol, PLEASE do not drive. We want to prioritize safety!
