Tulsa International Airport (TUL) is located approximately 15 minutes from Downtown Tulsa, where many hotels, restaurants, and the church where the ceremony will take place are located. We ask that you would arrive to First Baptist Tulsa no later than 5:00 p.m..

To Our Guests

Words fall short to fully describe the immense gratitude both Jack and I share for each of you. Whether near or far, each of you has truly shaped us into the man and woman we are today. It is a blessing we can only begin to express our thankfulness for. Apart from our salvation in Christ, marrying one another is the greatest gift we will receive on this side of Heaven. The waiting we are experiencing as we anticipate our wedding day on June 13th, 2026, is a beautiful reminder of the waiting believers' experience as we long for the return of Jesus Christ, our Bridegroom (Revelation 19:7). During this season, we find ourselves preparing — emotionally, physically, and spiritually — for a joyful celebration. In the same way, as followers of Jesus, we are called to prepare our hearts for His coming through faithfulness, devotion, and love. And the wedding day — the most beautiful and tangible picture of union, covenant, and joy — signifies the moment when the Bridegroom, Christ, returns for His Bride, the Church (Ephesians 5:25–27). Just as a wedding day overflows with beauty, laughter, and celebration, so will the day when believers are united with Christ — a day when all longing finds its rest in Him (Revelation 21:2–4). Jack and I’s lives have been radically and completely changed by Christ. We believe that we are sinners in desperate need of a Savior (Romans 3:23), and that Jesus Christ came to earth, lived a perfect and sinless life (2 Corinthians 5:21), fulfilled God’s covenant of salvation by dying on the cross for each of us (Romans 5:8), and rose again three days later, conquering death so that we may have eternal life with Him (John 11:25–26). Our prayer is that our wedding day would be a true reflection of Christ’s unconditional love for His Church — that through every moment, every song, every word, He would be glorified above all else (Colossians 3:17). What is acceptable for Black Tie?

Our celebration follows a traditional black-tie dress code. Tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen and formal gowns for ladies are wonderful choices. We appreciate you celebrating with us and dressing up for this special occasion!

Can I bring a plus one? 

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone on this special day, we would like to keep our guest list intimate and intentional. To do this, we kindly request that only those guests explicitly named on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Are children welcome?

While we wish we could accommodate children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, allowing everyone to fully relax and enjoy the evening. We truly appreciate your understanding in making arrangements ahead of time.

Is there parking available? 

For the ceremony at First Baptist Tulsa, there is a parking lot available for guests located off South Detroit Avenue between East 4th and 5th Street. The only available entrance into the church is located near this parking lot. Afterward, when entering the front gates of Southern Hills Country Club, you will be directed to the appropriate entrance of the clubhouse. Complimentary valet parking will be available for all guests. For those planning to enjoy a cocktail or two, we also encourage using ride-share services such as Uber for a safe and convenient way to get to and from the venue.

How far is the reception from the ceremony location?

Please note that First Baptist Tulsa and Southern Hills Country Club are about 20 minutes apart, and transportation will not be provided between locations.

Is the ceremony/reception indoor or outdoor?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. During cocktail hour, there will be an outdoor area for guests to enjoy, but every part of the celebration will have a comfortable indoor option.

What is the weather typically like this time of year?

Tulsa weather in June can be unpredictable — from summer storms to heat and wind. Please join us in praying for beautiful weather on the wedding day!
