Our Story

Bailey and Harrison met their senior year of college on Green Beer Day, Miami University's St. Patrick's Day celebration. They chatted a bit, played a round of beer pong and went their separate ways. A couple weeks later, they met again when Harrison invited Taylor (their mutual friend and wedding officiant) to a party. Harrison forgot he had already met Bailey and re-introduced himself, to which Bailey responded "I know. We've met". Clearly it was love at first sight and Bailey and Harrison had their first date at Graeter's Ice Cream. They made their relationship "official" on June 1, 2019. After 3 years of long distance dating, 2 years of living together and 1 puppy later...Harrison finally proposed on March 20, 2024 at Eagle Beach in Aruba! They are now living in Cincinnati, OH with their adorable puppy, Rye, and are excited to celebrate their marriage with you in fall 2025!

Bailey and Kierstin's moms met as roommates in college. After college, they took their friendship to the next level by having daughters 3 months apart. Bailey and Kierstin have quite literally been best friends since birth.

Harrison and John met their freshman year at Miami University. While they were always friendly, they became close their senior year. Now that Harrison and John are in the same city they love sunsets and long walks on the golf course.

Bailey and Zach met in 1999. Even though Bailey asked to return Zach to "where he came from" 2 weeks after his birth, Bailey and Zach have been siblings ever since.

Harrison and Owen are [almost] Irish twins circa 1997.  Bailey thinks that they were so cute as little kids they should have been paid to model in Ralph Lauren ads.

Bailey met Taylor at college orientation. Harrison met her in a rock climbing class. Taylor introduced Bailey & Harrison and the rest is history.

EVENT LOCATIONS

We will be staying in Chattanooga, TN, however, our wedding venue is in Trenton, GA, which is a ~25 min drive away. We will provide transportation from the hotel to the venue and back (see shuttle schedule below). The venue is in a remote location, so please do not rely on Uber/Lyft to be available. Cars cannot be left at the venue overnight.

Wedding Venue Transportation

Shuttles will pick-up at 2:35PM at the Chestnut St entrance of the Read House Hotel. Shuttles will leave for venue promptly at 2:45PM. There is an early bird shuttle available at 7:45PM to come home early from the venue. There will NOT be an announcement so please pay attention to the time if you intend to use this shuttle. SEE TIME ZONE WARNING BELOW!!!

The Conservatory @ Blackberry Ridge is within 1 mile of CST and your phone may also reflect CST. The venue operates on EST so you can use the directions below to update your phone settings to keep the correct time zone to avoid confusion.NOTE: If you plan to take the early bird shuttle you will board at 7:45PM EST / 6:45PM CST. We will not make an announcement for this shuttle so you will be responsible for checking the time.

If you call, you must reference the "Richterman/Moncino Wedding Room Block" in order to receive the discounted room rate. You are able to valet your car for $25 per car per day. We strongly encourage you to book your stay at The Read House as the wedding shuttles will only pick-up and drop-off at this location.
